Security services on alert to quell election disruptions- Jagdeo

President Bharrat Jagdeo Saturday night assured party-faithful at the last-lap election rally ahead of Monday’s polls that the security forces are on alert for any attempt to subvert the polls.
“The security forces have been in training for a while now and they are deployed and anyone, who tries to disrupt these polls or harm people because of who they vote for will be dealt with the way they should be dealt with,” he told thousands at a Peoples Progressive Party Civic (PPPC) rally held on the tarmac of the Providence Stadium.
