Food is essential for life. As a baby special attention is paid to the mother’s milk as food for the babe. As you grow into a child and are preparing for nursery school, here again, special minerals and vitamins are added to make our bones healthy and strong and to make sure the growing child keeps on growing healthy. Then the challenges of youth and adolescent are brought to bear on the human body and here is where the stress factor impacts on growth and health. The body has to be fed in terms of Calorific Requirements and as the needs become apparent, one has to make sure that your daily calorific intake matches with the labour you expend. Growth and balance in the body is now prime importance for the body and so attention is paid to avoid these nutrition outcries.
