If these people were found Guilty Of Fraud they should be locked up and be put in front of a Judge and be sentence for as long as my arm. This is down right slackness on behalf of the PPP/C Government they all need to be tried and be
given a long sentence for taking bread out of the mouth of BABES.
There must be a standard procedure to be followed in light of the revelations of the Audited reports on NDIA. The findings call for action aimed at terminating the services of the CEO and Engineer. Some $19 million dollars of Tax Payers money is involved. The President has been informed of another white collar crime and has asked for an immediate reply to all allegations from the CEO.
The next stage must be the suspension of the CEO and the Investigations into the audited reports by the Police Department. The final stage in this corruption sage is the arrest of both the CEO and the Engineer and the police action which will include a charge for white collar crime and taken to court before a Magistrate when an application for bail will be granted to them. After the hearings in a Public Court the determination will be made regarding jail sentences and an appeal can be launched by the accused. We do not fire a Public Servant just so or based on the Audited Report.
