The FEMA of the USA is the Agency that responds to situations as Hurricane Sandy’s destruction of places in the USA. Can we ever be fully Prepared for Nature’s wrath. The answer is simply NO! The post storm Assessment and the Search and Rescue Teams is what we should perfect and have everyone on the alert so we can save lives. Physical destruction will always be dealt with after the fact that the storm has moved on.
