Laparkan Trading Limited – Global Freight & Logistics Solutions is partnering with Caribbean-American youth to award three financial scholarships in the amount of $1500.00 each to inspire higher learning and community service.
Students of Caribbean American heritage have until Sept. 15, to submit their application. A student must be a high school graduate, or hold a GED certificate, and be admitted to an institution of higher learning with a GPA 3.3 and above average, and SAT score of at least 1500. [Read more]

Just an aside: As a writer on the lookout for interesting names for my characters, I think the name “Tangerine Clarke” has poetic beauty.
