GUYANA: Central Georgetown on a Sunny Day
Have a nice day! Today we took our camera to the roof of the Hand in Hand Building to get a never before seen look at central Georgetown on a sunny day. Photos by Alva Solomon.
A view of City Hall. The edifice has been deemed one of the more Gothic sights in terms of architecture in Georgetown. The building is featured in many mediums locally and internationally as being very picturesque . The building itself has been through a tough period in recent years and the previous and current administration have announced plans to carry out critical rehabilitation works on the structure which was built in 1889.
