Black men don’t have to come to America to die, it’s is no worse than what they face in Guyana. This is the kinda shit that causes problems. So don’t break the law, and don’t show disrespect for the law. I would like to see each one of you put the same energy and thoughts into helping these young black men, find a way in life. There are more young men getting killed by drugs and their own blacks. Everyone one of you try being a cop for a day.
@Stella “Everyone one of you try being a cop for a day.”
No doubt Its tough being a cop in places like say New York and large cities. But the US is different than almost any other country because of easy access and use of guns. Police cannot tell the difference between the good or bad black man or who is carrying a gun so it seem better to shoot and ask questions later. But I dont entirely blame the police because some young black men could be very hostile and arrogant towards police..
But police are also quick to use guns against black people. Let me give you a blatant example that happen about 50 years ago. About 3-4 policemen in NYC went to an apartment to remove a black grand mother of unsound mind. (think her name was Mary Bumpers, about 60 yrs old). It is alleged she rush one with a knife so they subdued her with about 22 shots. In Guyana a policeman would have to go with his two long arms and his brain. Get the help of family and friends to help him. Shooting a grand mother of unsound mind would be almost a crime……..such is the difference in culture.
Here is some Advice from a Funny Guy About Respecting Police:
