Rev. Seopaul Singh has recently released a book on Guyana. He launched it at the Starlite Pavilion in New York, on March 29, 2018. It should be a welcome addition to the literature on Guyana and the Caribbean.
Seopaul has accumulated a wealth of experience in government and the civil service over the years. It would be accurate to say that he is one of the senior state-persons in the Queens community in New York.
Seopaul was born at Supply, Mahaicony on the East Coast of Demerara in Guyana.
