Dear Prince Charles, do you think my brown skin makes me unBritish?
The Prince of Wales told me I don’t look like I’m from Manchester. If this is how he thinks, he shouldn’t be the next head of the Commonwealth

I met Prince Charles this week at the Commonwealth People’s Forum at which I was a speaker (on a day whose itinerary was entitled Politics of Hope: Taking on Injustice in the Commonwealth). It was part of the buildup to the Commonwealth heads of government meeting, the summit of leaders of 53 countries representing more than 2 billion people.

The English are colour prejudiced. I always knew that.
Why don’t Indians refer to themselves as “dark skinned”. There is the obvious prevarication around this issue in an attempt to delineate themselves as different from “black”.
There are many indians who are much darker than “brown”, and many “blacks” who are browner/lighter than indians.
It is noteworthy that, much like Ghandi, the writer is not concerned with the British perception of “blacks (negroids) being British”.
The irony of this article is that this obsession amoung some to identify with their indian heritage exposes their unwillingness to integrate/assimilate in any other culture.
Being British (Guyanese) and Indian is stupid and counter productive. Given the subject matter of articles by the writer in question, her agenda is very apparent: measuring her brown (indo) worth in a white society. She implicity leaves the burden of the black experience on black (writers) shoulders.
Because not all Indians are dark skinned neither the brothers and sisters from Africa
The above Speaks for itself … Don’t get me started with the the ‘Windrush’ Businesses.
It is what it is ‘look up’ don’t look to the left don’t look to the Right.
Yeshua is coming very soon. Our Citizenship is in heaven.
This is just a temporary stop. We are just passing through. Amen.
Fellow Guyanese Stay Blessed.
Peace, Be with you all.
Trinidad & Tobago has succumbed to the UK Gay Rights agenda. This law was enforced during the meetings at the Commonwealth. Gays are legal in Trinidad & Tobago:
Who is coming soon? Where from 😂
“Well, you don’t look like it!” he said, and laughed.
It is one more (stark) reason why this anachronism, the British Monarchy, should be abolished. Its continued existence is a painful, regrettable reminder of a most horrible, sordid period in history- centuries of colonialism, imperialism, oppression, exploitation (of the colonies’ resources and peoples), pillage, human degradation, torture, theft, lynching, murder, genocide, class distinction, and much, much more.
This aloof man lives in a bubble. And that bubble needs to be popped to force him to come out to face the real world. He is obviously feeling comfortable and smug in that musty airmass. His casual brush-off of Anita Sethi is reprehensibly ignorant, boorish and downright racist for which he should unconditionally apologize.
I fully agree with Anita Sethi that this man should not succeed his mother. Indeed, no one else should, and the Queen should be the very last British Monarch to reign over an empire on which the sun has finally set.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. There is so much that is wrong with the elite and ruling class since humankind came out of the caves. The British has done so much wrong in this world and no one is picking their teeth to say anything. But there is a creator who will bring all wrong doers to justice.
Liberals and their identity politics – what a shame and a sham
Miss Anita get a life please and stop being naive
